Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues - Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks - Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, transmissions, and fuel systems - Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and make necessary adjustments - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of diesel engines, systems, and components - Proficient in mechanic skills, including soldering, welding, and heavy equipment operation - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and software - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Note:
